Description:
Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railroad 603 at Chicago, Illinois on an unknown day in September 1962, photograph by Ken Crist. Number 603 was built by Pullman in service date October 24, 1929 ( Lot 6285, Plan 3958A - 14 Section Sleeper ) named New Omaha, air conditioning ( Pullman Mechanical ) added March 21, 1935, sold to the CB&Q December 31, 1948, assigned number 603, sold for scrap to Northwestern Steel and Wire in September 1964.
