Mark Fryer General Man when it rains like that all you can do is stop and wait, yet people will still drive along at Freeway speeds not realising just how dangerous it really is. So was it the dispatcher who called all the traffic to a halt or just individual crews making the decisions? It must have been very noisy in the car. 7/29/2009 3:14:41 AM
