KCS 4110 and 4101 slowly move south at Converse as they approach a northbound train led by KCS De Mexico 4518 and 4528. The train is under orders to move slow due to power outages caused by a storm that roared through Sabine Parish early in the a.m. The crossing gates were on reserve power, and the block signals were dark. |
