BN 9970 is retired

BN 9970 is retired
BN 9970 got the BN touch up paint after the BN merger but couldn't have made more than a handful of trips before BN retired all the E-8A's. Depending on what BN roster of locomotives you subscribe to, the ex-Q E-8's never actually made the BN roster. It appears there were numbers assigned for them but how many made it and for how long is sketchy.
