NS 9827 tied down on the CSX (ex-WM) Yard.         
NS coal train tied down in CSX's old WM Hagerstown Yard. Back when NS was so power-short, they took delivery of their D940CW's in primer and painted them as time permitted, similar to CSX's GEVOs.
