| Norfolk & Western ACF Covered hopper was originally Akron, Canton & Youngstown (AC&Y). You can see the area where the lettering was painted over. When NW renumbered the AC&Y hoppers they added the 700 to the AC&Y road number hence this car was ACY 464. |
