CSX Y225, the Yeoman to Port Tampa job led by GP39-2s CSXT 4308 and 4303 cross the Hillsborough River drawbridge in downtown Tampa. This bascule bridge built by the ACL in 1915. This bridge once saw dozens of movements a day but now sees usually just 1 movement a day and is only manned as necessary. The line to Port Tampa goes right through downtown Tampa and there is a short stretch of street running involved. In the distance, ominous storm clouds are gathering. |
