| Not to be outdone by the shiny Chicago South Shore and South Bend units, this Union Tank Car covered hopper has been tagged with some brightly fluorescent paint just recently, definitely by someone with a budding artistic flair. Only wish they could find a more conventional medium for their abilities than the side of a rr car. |
