NERR E9A 9917 Roster Shot (EX BN Patch Unit)         
On this side of the picture it appears that this locomotive is missing a numberboard, you can also tell it is an EX BN Unit. The Nashville and Eastern Railroad never did a full paint job on this other than a Krylon Patch Job on it.
