VANCOUVER WA October 4 2013 -- BNSF C44-9W 4551 leads a bulk commodity train on one of the balloon tracks at Terminal 5. The Port of Vancouver built the facility as part of the West Vancouver Freight Access project (http://www.portvanusa.com/wvfa/wvfa-home/). Terminal 5 occupies the former site of an aluminum plant.
