| Built by EMD in 1970 for the Illinois Central (serial #22273), CC #8188 was part of the spin-off deal creating the CC from the Illinois Central's Iowa Division and later renumbered 1788. CC #9406, a 1960 EMD built GP18 was also part of the spin-off deal. Third loco in the picture is too far to read its number but obviously still part of the IC spin-off. |
