Built by GE in February of 1966, this U28B is caught resting in an unknown yard. Only note I could find on it was that it was scrapped and with Alan Fricker's help (see comment below), it was retired in 1989 and sold for scrap to Naporano.Iron & Metal Works in Newark, NJ. The date and location are approximations and no photographer was listed. |
