A large group of CSX power is lined up at Conrails Allentown yard, probably en route to Naporano Iron & Metal in Newark for a date with the scrappers. Note the Ma & Pa and Maryland Midland box cars in the foreground. Allentown yard was always a colorful place to see power and rolling stock.
