East Glass, that is. TV 301 passes the home signal at CP E Glass, the east leg of the wye leading to the Corning Secondary, the ex NYC line that runs north along Seneca Lake to a connection with the Chicago Line at Lyons. The line will be downgraded in a few years-abandoned south of Wellsville-and this poinw will be renamed CP Gibson when the switch at N Glass is changed to a hand throw. Fall color abounds on this mid October day. TV 301 will follow the Erie west of Corning to Buffalo.( |
