Z564-23 waiting to get onto CSX and deliver four loaded tank cars to the Connellsville Yard. W&LE 6991 SD40-2 was purchased by Wheeling and Lake Erie in December 2015 and was only put into service in February 2016. It is former CITX 3068/GCFX 3068/GTW 5929 built in December 1970.
