WE 6991 (3)  Contributor's Pick!       
Stopping at the west end of the Connellsville CSX Yard waiting for a switch to be thrown. It is almot exactly mid-day and the sun is starting to shift over the other way. W&LE 6991 SD40-2 was purchased by Wheeling and Lake Erie in December 2015 and was only put into service in February 2016. It is former CITX 3068/GCFX 3068/GTW 5929 built in December 1970.
