| D 22 crosses over from track 1 to 2 to the Buffalo Runner as it heads up to Bevier St behind a pair of lightning stripe GP 38s from the M-K rebuild a dozen years earlier. The City of Binghamton had done some rehab work on the overpass a few years earlier and put up a chain link fence, which limited the ability to take photos,from it. The mesh was tight enough that this was the result. |
