| BNSF contacted the Portland & Western to&store some baretable (intermodal) cars for them. In response, the P&W cleared several miles of the former Port of Tillamook Bay RR for the storage of said cars and BNSF pupplied the power for them. The P&W supplied the crews so while these are BNSF locomotives, it's a P&W crew. |
