| The view looking east along the New Orleans Public Belt as an NOPB unit steel train from the CSX passes by the Riverfront Streetcar Barn at Napoleon Avenue. A scar of ballast and cut-up rail reveal the location of a recently removed track. This will become the right-of-way for the Clarence Henry Truckway that will be built to reduce truck traffic on parallel Tchoupitoulas Street. |
