Could this be my 'Catch of the Year' for 2018 - in January!?! What a nice surprise coming across the International Bridge from USA into Canada on Train 393 - in sparkling blue, gray, white, black, livery. First of 75 in Norfolk Southern's recent upgrade program. Rebuilt from NS GE Dash 9-40C 8799 in August 2015 (original build date January 1995).
