WSOR services Leeco Steel in the Southwest Industrial Park via former MILW rails at Oshkosh, WI on 4 Apr. '18. The lead locomotive is passing the northeast end of a new pair of circus-style loading ramps. This facility was built in late-'17 to replace the single ramp at S. Washburn St. (about 2 miles to the northeast).
