Sitting with NS 7299 was also my first ever ECO Slug rebuild. NS has started a rebuild program of converting older switch engines into more Eco-Friendly engines. All are slug pairs that are going to be put into service in different states. This one is headed to Georgia as soon as it is placed with a GP59E slug mate. Now we are headed to Horseshoe Curve! |
