Rio Tinto uses three former VIA/CN Tempo coaches and a powjr car to transport their employees from Havre-Saint-Pierre, Quebec to their mine 28 miles to the north at Lac-Allard. At 0600 this morning, the cars await their passengers as a "fog bow" glows in the background. |
