Amtrak 1460 was a materials handling car on the rear of train 59, the southbound CITY OF NEW ORLEANS, on the CN-IC at Hammond, Louisiana. The car had been built by Thrall in 1986 and was retired in July 2003. Cars 1400-1473 utilized the trucks from former Railway Express Agency express refrigerator cars. |
