Louisiana & Delta CF7 1505 was parked at the railroad’s headquarters in New Iberia, Louisiana still wearing the paint scheme of a previous owner. It was originally Santa F7A 269L, built in November 1953. The ATSF rebuilt it into CF7 2590 in December 1972, then it became Allegheny 103 and Allegheny & Eastern 303 before moving to the Louisiana & Delta in July 1993. It operated for a while on the L&D as ALY 303 before being renumbered 1505. |
