On October 11th 2020, I went to Galveston to see what and how many BNSF locomotives were still sitting in the yard. These are all to be sold off, scrapped and a few evaluated by BNSF for potential extended lifetimes. ALSO. BNSF 555 is the first warbonnet sitting behind the H1 B40-8s at the beginning of the line of engines on the left. BNSF 555 had an amazing RS3L years back but is now missing from the locomotive. |
