Southbound Gulf Mobile & Ohio train No. 33 was leaving the main line of the Southern Railway and entering GM&O track at OLIVER JUNCTION in New Orleans. The GM&O had trackage rights over 28 miles of the Southern, between Slidell and this location. The power for this train was GP35’s 610, 612 and 607. (approximate date of photo) |
