| IC 978924 was in the "lower yard" in Rock Island, IL on 1-20-2012. Paint scheme is black with white letters; some of the black had faded to almost the same shade as a model railroad paint called "grimy black". As you can see, the snow was coming down aggressively that afternoon, and it was cold! |
