| Built by EMD in August of 1970 as Western Pacific #3523, it eventually made its way to the WC roster. Parked in the IC/CN Homewood Yard, it was photographed by an avid but unknown railfan while he/she caught an oddball group of locos in the Homewood, IL shops & yard area. No exact date in the summer of 2006 was given. |
