| Face to face with the brightly painted F3A, it is an impressive sight. This F3A has been painted in the traditional Chesapeake & Ohio blue and yellow paint scheme for its role in the Potomac Eagle Scenic Rail Excursions. Although never on the official roster of the C&O, it nevertheless represents the line beautifully as it heads the scenic train rides. |
