This is the only time I caught the Black Mesa & Lake Powell RR! I'm glad I saw them because the railroad shut down in 2019. This was isolated and did not connect with any other railroad. It was self powered from a coal plant near Page, AZ. This train is nearing the eastern end loading loop. The line totals 78 miles. Taken July 18, 2005.
