Norfolk Southern C44-9W 9464 was on a line of 35 old General Electric locomotives (17 Canadian National C44-9W’s, 11 NS C44-9W’s, six Union Pacific AC4400CW’s and one UP C44-9W) parked on Wabtec’s west test track at Fort Worth. The east test track was previously a BNSF/ATSF main line; but the west track, with concrete ties, was built after General Electric purchased the property for its Fort Worth plant in 2011. |
