| PTRX 7008 was in the "lower yard" at Rock Island, IL on 10-23-2011. This view shows the "B" end; note the visible hand brale. Odd that the red-and-white haz-mat placard is visble here, but none of those were displayed in the holders. I have no idea what purpose or function that box above the brake wheel has or does. |
