Wabtec's Back Yard         
Freshly-upgraded Norfolk Southern AC44C6M 3980 and NS (former CEFX) AC4400CW 3983 were parked behind Wabtec’s Fort Worth plant. The 3980 was the first NS (ex-CEFX) AC4400CW to be upgraded into an AC44C6M.
