With a fresh coat of paint "The General" is already shut down for the day on the Dillwyn team track outside the depot. This engine was bought from the Defense Logistic Agency back when the Buckingham Branch operated the Shenandoah Valley Railroad. Today it sees use on the Buckingham Division switching hoppers at Luck Stone and the Westvaco wood chip mill in Alpha. |
